Embrace the pop-up dining trend at Trinity Kitchen
Leeds, West Yorkshire
Take your pick from a mix of vibrant restaurants and street food vans all under one roof.
Located on the first floor of Trinity Leeds, Trinity Kitchen is a one-stop shop for food lovers. Following the latest trend in pop-up restaurants, a selection of of the UK's very best street food traders are lifted into the food hall every eight weeks.
Selected food vendors take residency in one of the six genuine food vans, carts, sheds and trucks for two months, before Trinity Kitchen lifts them back out and brings in a fresh group, ensuring that there's always something new to tantalise your taste buds.
Trinity Kitchen works with food journalist and organiser of the annual British Street Food awards, Richard Johnson, to source the best the UK has to offer, with many of the street food vendors competing in the renowned competition.
Complementing the pop-up dining experience, street food traders are accompanied by seven permanent cafes, bars and restaurants. Try Fifties-style burgers and shakes at Archie's or tickle your palate with delicious Indian finger food at Rola Wala.
