September Events: Unleash your inner adventurer at Base Camp Festival

The Base Camp Festival lets you live out your most adventurous outdoors activity dreams, and then gives you a cosy campsite to relax in after your long day of excitement.

Take part in activities such as wild swimming, white-water rafting, high rope challenge, bush craft, kayaking, fire-starting, hiking, mountain biking, bouldering and adventure yoga.

No matter what your skill-set, this is the perfect way to release your inner adventure-seeker, countryside guru or adrenalin junkie. If you don’t want to book onto the planned group activities you can just bring along your hiking boots or mountain bike and the festival staff can arrange for you to meet up with like-minded festival goers so you can share your experience.

This really is the freshest, most exciting and social way of getting yourself in the great outdoors of the Peak District - all jam packed into one weekend.
